Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

     
  • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
  •  
  • Unworn, undamaged and in its original condition
  •  
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  •  
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be refunded:

     
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  •  
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery
  •  
  • Gift cards
  •  
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Request a Refund

     
  1. Email returns@aurea.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2.  
  3. We'll send you a return authorisation and a prepaid label (US/EU customers) or return address (rest of world) within 24 hours.
  4.  
  5. Ship the item back using the provided label or address.
  6.  
  7. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. After we process the refund, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full one. This applies to:

     
  • Items returned with signs of wear, damage or missing parts
  •  
  • Items returned without original packaging
  •  
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (case-by-case)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

For customers in the US and EU, return shipping is free with our prepaid label. For other regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any return-shipping costs charged to us by the carrier.
